  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  • 2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • 3. In another bowl, beat yogurt, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  • 4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • 5. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • 6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • 7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
