Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole Recipe

  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  • 2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
  • 3. Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of the baking dish to form an even layer.
  • 4. Spread the cooked sausage over the crescent rolls.
  • 5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • 6. Pour egg mixture evenly over sausage.
  • 7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  • 8. Bake 25–30 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden.
  • 9. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
  • 10. Garnish with green onions if desired.

  • You can swap sausage for bacon or ham.
  • Add diced peppers, mushrooms, or spinach for extra flavor.
