Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Golden and crispy garlic Parmesan potato wedges seasoned with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs. Perfect as a side dish or snack that everyone will love.

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Spread wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • 4. Bake for 25 minutes, flip wedges, and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • 5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over wedges and bake for another 5 minutes.
  • 6. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking for crispier wedges.
