Crispy Parmesan Potatoes

Delightfully crispy and cheesy baby potatoes, perfect as a side dish or party snack.

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the baby potatoes by washing and halving them.
  3. Mix the coating in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the halved potatoes in the oil mixture until well covered.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss until evenly distributed.
  6. Prepare a baking sheet and spread the coated potatoes in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

Ensure even cutting of potatoes for uniform cooking. Reserve some cheese for topping after baking for extra cheesiness.
