Crispy Pizza Chips

These Crispy Pizza Chips are the ultimate snack cheesy, crunchy, and packed with pizza flavor. Perfect for parties, movie nights, or anytime you crave a quick, low-carb bite!

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
  • Pizza sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Mix mozzarella and parmesan together in a bowl.
  • 3. Spoon small mounds of cheese onto the baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
  • 4. Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper flakes.
  • 5. Top each mound with a piece or two of pepperoni.
  • 6. Bake for 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp around the edges.
  • 7. Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
  • 8. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use different cheeses like cheddar or provolone for variety.
  • Make sure to let chips cool before removing to keep them crispy.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
