  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Start by placing the two boneless, skinless chicken breasts in your slow cooker. Season the chicken liberally with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Mix the sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Combine in the crockpot: Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
  4. Cook the chicken: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken: Remove the chicken and shred it with forks, then return it to the crockpot.
  6. Cook the pasta: Add the fettuccine pasta to the crockpot, stir well, and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes.
  7. Serve and garnish: Dish out the Alfredo onto plates and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!

Notes
