Delicious Summer Treat

A refreshing and customizable dessert made with fresh fruit and creamy yogurt, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • Fruit of choice (e.g., strawberries, peaches)
  • Yogurt
  • Honey or sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Start by washing your fruit thoroughly to remove any dirt or chemicals. Next, using a sharp knife, carefully cut the fruit into small, bite-sized pieces. If you’re using strawberries, remove the stem and cut them into quarters. For peaches, it’s best to slice them into small wedges.
  2. In a bowl, mix the fruit with yogurt and honey or sugar. In a large mixing bowl, add your chopped fruit. Then, scoop in a generous amount of yogurt. Drizzle in some honey or sprinkle sugar over the top, and gently fold the mixture together.
  3. Serve chilled for a refreshing treat. Chill the dessert in the fridge for about 15-30 minutes, then serve it in small bowls or cups, topped with extra slices of fruit or a drizzle of honey.
