Desi Chicken Nuggets

Delightful chicken nuggets infused with aromatic spices, perfect as appetizers or a fun meal.

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken breast, cornflour, red chili powder, garam masala, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Coat the Chicken: Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg, then roll in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  3. Heat the Oil: In a frying pan, heat enough oil over medium heat until ready for frying.
  4. Fry the Nuggets: Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Drain the Nuggets: Remove them from the oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  6. Serve: Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken before cooking. Adjust spices to your preference.
