  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, dill pickles, celery, and red onion.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
  • 3. Pour dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • 4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • 5. Chill for at least 15 minutes for best flavor.
