Easy Valentines Cookie Cups

Easy Valentine’s cookie cups made with soft baked cookie dough pressed into muffin tins and filled with frosting, chocolate, or candy a cute, festive dessert perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup vanilla frosting or buttercream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache or Nutella
  • Valentine sprinkles
  • Heart-shaped candies or chocolate kisses

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • 2. Cut cookie dough into equal slices and place one piece into each muffin cup.
  • 3. Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
  • 4. Immediately press the center of each cookie down using the back of a spoon.
  • 5. Allow cookie cups to cool completely.
  • 6. Fill centers with frosting or chocolate spread.
  • 7. Top with sprinkles and Valentine candies.
  • 8. Serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes
