  • For the dressing:
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 small garlic clove

Instructions
