Eggless Caramel Pudding – 1 Irresistible No-Egg Delight

A creamy, rich and smooth Eggless Caramel Pudding made without eggs or gelatin. Perfect for all ages!

Ingredients

  •     2 cups full-fat milk,
  •     3 tbsp cornflour,
  •     1/2 cup sugar (pudding),
  •     1 tsp vanilla extract,
  •     1/2 cup sugar (caramel),
  •     2 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Mix cornflour with 1/2 cup milk until smooth.
  • In a pan, heat 1/2 cup sugar with 2 tbsp water to make caramel. Pour into mold.
  • Heat remaining milk with sugar. Add cornflour mix, cook until thick. Stir in vanilla.
  • Pour custard over caramel. Cool, then chill for at least 4 hours.
