- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp rose water (adjust to taste)
- Butter or oil for cooking

- 5. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- 6. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden.

Notes
- Start with 1/2 teaspoon of rose water if you prefer a milder flavor.
- For a richer version, substitute milk with buttermilk.
