- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- For the Au Jus:
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Lay out tortillas and place 2 slices of provolone and several slices of roast beef on each.
- 3. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- 4. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- 5. Brush with melted butter.
- 6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until tortillas are golden and crisp.
- 7. Meanwhile, prepare au jus by heating beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a saucepan until simmering.
- 8. Serve roll ups warm with au jus on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Use Swiss cheese instead of provolone for a sharper flavor.
- Add caramelized onions or horseradish sauce inside for extra flavor.
- You can air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes for extra crispiness.
