  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • For the Au Jus:
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 4. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • 5. Brush with melted butter.

  • 8. Serve roll ups warm with au jus on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Use Swiss cheese instead of provolone for a sharper flavor.
  • Add caramelized onions or horseradish sauce inside for extra flavor.
  • You can air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes for extra crispiness.
