Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  • 2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • 3. Stir in coffee granules until dissolved.
  • 4. Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until just combined.
  • 5. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
