Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites

A delightful and healthy treat combining Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for a nutritious snack or post-workout energy boost.

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  4. Optional: Add chocolate chips or drizzle melted dark chocolate on top of each scoop.
  5. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for future snacks.
