  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi) for topping

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. Brush tortillas with melted butter and coat both sides with Fruity Pebbles cereal.
  • 3. Drape tortillas over an oven-safe rack or taco mold to form shells.
  • 4. Bake for 7–9 minutes or until crisp, then let cool.
  • 5. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • 6. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • 7. Pipe the cheesecake filling into cooled taco shells.
  • 8. Top with fresh fruit and extra Fruity Pebbles before serving.
