Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Skillet Recipe

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • 3. Add cauliflower florets and cook 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Stir in mushrooms, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Cook 8–10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • 6. Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
  • 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
