Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Golden, fluffy biscuit bombs filled with juicy cheeseburger centers, garlic butter, and a sprinkle of Parmesan a fun, handheld twist on your favorite comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
  • 3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of beef and shredded cheese in the center.
  • 5. Fold and seal to form balls.
  • 6. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  • 7. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • 8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  • 9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
  • You can add chopped pickles or bacon bits inside for extra flavor.
  • Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for a crisp finish.
