1¾ cups warm water (110°F),
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil,
6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced,
3 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves, chopped,
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil,
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt,
Freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, mix until shaggy dough forms.
Transfer to oiled bowl, cover with damp towel, rise 2 hours until doubled.
Oil 9×13 pan, transfer dough, stretch to fit. Cover and rise 45-60 minutes until puffy.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Dimple surface, drizzle with oil, add garlic, rosemary, and salt. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden.
