Garlic Steak Tortellini is a delicious and satisfying dish featuring tender steak pieces and cheese-filled tortellini tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce with herbs and Parmesan.

  • 8 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • 2. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook steak until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  • 4. Remove steak and set aside.
  • 5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • 6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan; cook until slightly thickened.
  • 7. Add tortellini and steak back to the skillet; toss to coat.
  • 8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
