A vibrant layered dessert with fruity flavors and a creamy finish, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 50 g of strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 500 ml of hot water
  • 50 g of lemon-flavored gelatin
  • 500 ml of hot water
  • Strawberries cut into slices
  • 20 green grapes cut in half
  • 400 g of condensed milk
  • 200 g of cream
  • 12 g of unflavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberry Layer: Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in hot water, stir well, let cool slightly, and pour into a mold. Refrigerate until set.
  2. Prepare the Lemon Layer: Dissolve the lemon gelatin in hot water, let it cool, then pour over the set strawberry layer.
  3. Add the Fresh Fruits: Slice strawberries and halve grapes, sprinkle over the lemon layer after it has set.
  4. Create the Creamy Layer: Mix condensed milk with cream until smooth, then add dissolved unflavored gelatin and stir well.
  5. Final Layer Pour: Pour the creamy mixture over the fresh fruits.
  6. Chill the Dessert: Refrigerate until fully set, about 3-4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Remove the dessert from the mold, slice, and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or mint for added appeal. Store in the refrigerator for optimum freshness.
