  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
  • Mini chocolate chips (for ghost eyes)
  • Black decorating gel (optional for mouth)

Instructions

  • 1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • 2. Add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth and dough-like.
  • 3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • 4. Freeze for 20 minutes until firm.
  • 5. Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  • 6. Dip each Oreo ball into melted chocolate and set on parchment paper.
  • 7. Add mini chocolate chips for eyes before the coating sets.
  • 8. Optional: use black decorating gel to draw small mouths.
  • 9. Chill until firm and serve.
