- 1. Combine chicken, garlic, ginger, scallion whites, salt, pepper, water in large pot. Bring to boil.
- 2. Reduce to simmer. Cook uncovered 15 mins until chicken tender.
- 3. Remove chicken to cutting board. Shred with two forks.
- 4. Add noodles + carrots to broth. Cook per noodle package (3-5 mins).
- 5. While noodles cook, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, chili crisp in small bowl.
- 6. Return shredded chicken to pot. Stir. Taste broth, adjust seasoning.
- 7. Divide soup between bowls. Add scallion greens. Drizzle 1 tbsp sauce per bowl.
