- 4 cups cooked green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/3 cups French fried onions, divided
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, and 2/3 cup of the fried onions.
- 3. Add cooked green beans; mix well.
- 4. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- 5. Bake for 25 minutes.
- 6. Top with remaining fried onions and bake an additional 5 minutes until onions are golden brown.
- 7. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen green beans; cook until tender.
