  • For the mascarpone cream:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For assembly:
  • 4050 ladyfingers (savoiardi)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  • 1. Brew strong Earl Grey tea, stir in sugar and coffee liqueur. Cool completely.
  • 2. In large bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks. Fold in mascarpone gently.
  • 3. Quickly dip ladyfingers in Earl Grey mixture (2-3 seconds each side). Layer half in 9×13-inch dish.
  • 4. Spread half mascarpone cream over ladyfingers. Repeat layers.
  • 5. Cover and chill at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • 6. Dust generously with cocoa powder before serving.
