  • 1 cup all-purpose flour,
  • 1 cup water,
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil,
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar,
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt,
  • 2 large eggs,
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (for coating),
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon,
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Mix cinnamon and coconut sugar in a shallow bowl.
  • Combine water, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and salt in saucepan. Bring to boil, remove from heat, stir in flour until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time until dough is glossy. Transfer to piping bag with star tip.
  • Pipe 2-inch lengths into air fryer basket. Cook 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Brush warm churro bites with melted coconut oil and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
