Ingredients

  • 2 boxes strawberry or cherry gelatin (3 oz each)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold vodka
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Nonstick spray
  • Optional: whipped cream or sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  • 1. Lightly spray heart-shaped silicone molds with nonstick spray.
  • 2. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  • 3. Stir in cold vodka and cold water.
  • 4. Carefully pour mixture into heart-shaped molds.
  • 5. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours until fully set.
  • 6. Gently remove Jell-O shots from molds.
  • 7. Top with whipped cream or sprinkles if desired and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Adjust vodka amount for stronger or lighter shots.
  • Use flavored vodka for extra flair.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
