Hibachi Steak Bowls

Delicious and satisfying Hibachi Steak Bowls featuring tender sirloin steak, fluffy fried rice, and mixed vegetables, all cooked in a flavorful soy garlic ginger sauce.

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups cooked fried rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, zucchini, and onion)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the bite-sized pieces of sirloin steak, seasoning with salt and pepper, until browned and cooked through (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Incorporate the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Combine the cooked fried rice with the steak and vegetables, adding the soy sauce, and stir to mix well.
  6. Serve in individual bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding sesame seeds, sriracha, or garlic butter.
