High Protein Dunkaroo Dip Recipe

A healthier, high-protein Dunkaroo dip that tastes just like the nostalgic classic. Made with Greek yogurt, protein-rich ingredients, and colorful sprinkles, it’s creamy, sweet, and perfect for dipping fruit, cookies, or graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (or vanilla Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (optional, for extra protein)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
  • Pinch of salt
  • For Dipping:
  • Graham crackers
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Apple slices or strawberries

Instructions

  • 1. Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, powdered peanut butter (if using), maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a bowl.
  • 2. Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 3. Fold in rainbow sprinkles gently.
  • 4. Chill for 15–20 minutes for best texture.
  • 5. Serve with graham crackers, fruit, or cookies.

Notes

  • Use vanilla Greek yogurt if skipping protein powder.
  • Add cream cheese (2 tbsp) for a richer texture.
