Homemade Crunch Bars Recipe

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

Instructions

  • 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • 3. Stir in the crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
  • 4. Pour mixture into the lined dish and spread evenly.
  • 5. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • 6. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
  • 7. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
