Homemade Pepperoni Pizza Pockets

Delicious homemade pepperoni pizza pockets that are perfect for snacks, lunch, or parties.

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the dough by rolling it out on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Add a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each piece of dough.
  4. Layer with pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Seal the dough by folding over and pressing the edges firmly; crimp with a fork for decoration.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle Italian seasoning if desired.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
