Hot Honey Cabbage & Shrimp Sheet Pan Recipe

Hot Honey Cabbage & Shrimp Sheet Pan roasts jumbo shrimp and cabbage wedges together with garlic butter and spicy honey drizzle. 25-minute one-pan meal caramelizes cabbage edges while keeping shrimp juicy with addictive sweet-heat glaze.

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp peeled deveined tails on
  • 1 medium head green cabbage cut 8 wedges
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ⅓ cup hot honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven 425°F. Line large sheet pan with parchment. Pat shrimp dry.
  • 2. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper.
  • 3. Toss cabbage wedges with 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt. Arrange cut-side down on sheet pan.
  • 4. Roast cabbage 12 mins. Toss shrimp with 2 tbsp garlic butter mixture. Remove pan, push cabbage to sides.
  • 5. Add shrimp in single layer center. Drizzle remaining garlic butter over all. Return to oven 8-10 mins until shrimp opaque.
  • 6. Drizzle hot honey over shrimp and cabbage. Broil 1-2 mins for caramelized edges. Garnish parsley, serve with lime.

Notes

  • Core cabbage wedges so leaves don’t separate.
  • Hot honey + broil = sticky caramelized glaze.
  • Jumbo shrimp prevent overcooking.
  • Make ahead: prep cabbage/shrimp, store separately.
  • Perfect over rice or in tacos.
