  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  • 3. Layer on the ground beef/sausage, pepperoni, veggies, olives, and cheeses evenly.
  • 4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • 5. Carefully roll the dough into a log, sealing the edges tightly.
  • 6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  • 7. Bake 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
