Keto Cloud Bread

A light and fluffy bread alternative perfect for low-carb and ketogenic diets. Enjoy this gluten-free bread substitute in your favorite sandwiches and meals.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. Add cream cheese to the egg yolks and mix until smooth.
  4. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and baking powder until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming rounds.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before using as a bread substitute.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to a month.
