  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 810 slider buns
  • Optional toppings: crumbled feta, sliced cucumber, fresh arugula, tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  • 1. In a bowl, combine ground lamb, red onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  • 2. Form mixture into 8–10 small patties.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 4. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  • 5. Lightly toast slider buns if desired.
  • 6. Assemble sliders with patties and desired toppings.
  • 7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Add a splash of lemon juice to brighten the flavor.
  • Use brioche or Hawaiian slider buns for a soft, sweet contrast.
  • For spicy sliders, add a pinch of cayenne or harissa to the lamb mix.
