  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • 1. Pat chicken thighs dry. Season generously with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  • 2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 3. Sear chicken thighs 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F). Remove to plate.
  • 4. Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining olive oil and garlic; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • 5. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth. Scrape up browned bits.
  • 6. Simmer 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced. Stir in butter until melted.
  • 7. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top. Cook 1-2 minutes to warm through.
  • 8. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices.
