Lemon Zucchini Pasta

A light and vibrant dish made with spiralized zucchini, zesty lemon, and buttery garlic, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the skillet by selecting a large one to avoid crowding.
  2. Melt the butter in the skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for about 1 minute.
  4. Cook the spiralized zucchini in the skillet, stirring for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the zucchini and mix well.
  6. Remove from heat once combined and cooked to your liking.
  7. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes
