  • ½ teaspoon onion powder,
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper,
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Steam broccoli florets for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Transfer to ice water, drain thoroughly, and pat completely dry. Chop into small uniform pieces.
  • In large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, both cheeses, beaten eggs, almond flour, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and let rest 10 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using ¼-cup measure, scoop mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Gently press into round patties about ½-inch thick, leaving 2 inches between each round.
