- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling or lemon curd
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
- Powdered sugar for topping
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- 3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder.

- 6. Spoon lemon pie filling over the batter; again, do not stir — it will bake into layers.
