Mandarin Orange Jello Salad Recipe

A sweet, fluffy, and refreshing Mandarin Orange Jello Salad made with citrusy gelatin, Cool Whip, and juicy mandarin oranges. Perfect for holidays, potlucks, and summer cookouts.

  • 1 (3 oz) box orange Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (20 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, dissolve orange Jello in boiling water.
  • 2. Stir in cold water and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, just until slightly thickened but not fully set.
  • 3. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.
  • 4. Add mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, and pineapple if using.
  • 5. Stir gently to combine without breaking the fruit.
  • 6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully chilled.
  • 7. Serve cold and enjoy.

Notes

  • For extra citrus flavor, add 1 tsp orange zest.
  • Use sugar-free Jello and light Cool Whip for a lighter version.
  • Chill overnight for best flavor and texture.
