- 1. Preheat oven 350°F. Grease 9×13 baking dish, line parchment.
- 2. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt. Set aside.
- 3. Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually add ½ cup sugar, beat stiff peaks.
- 4. Beat egg yolks with ½ cup sugar until pale. Add milk, vanilla, oil.
