Marinated Grilled Hot Dogs

  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the hot dogs: Start by cutting slits in the hot dogs to allow the marinade to soak in.
  2. Mix the marinade: In a bowl, combine chili sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Marinate the hot dogs: Place slitted hot dogs in a resealable bag or bowl, pour marinade over, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. Grill the hot dogs: Place marinated hot dogs on the preheated grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Serve: Remove hot dogs from grill and let cool for a minute before serving.
