Marshmallow Swirl Fudge

Rich and creamy Marshmallow Swirl Fudge with swirls of marshmallow fluff running through smooth chocolate fudge. Perfect holiday treat or gift that looks impressive but is easy to make.

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow fluff
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • 1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla, and salt, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • 3. Remove from heat. Scoop out 1/2 cup of chocolate mixture and set aside.
  • 4. Spread remaining chocolate mixture evenly in prepared pan.
  • 5. Warm marshmallow fluff in microwave 10-15 seconds. Drop spoonfuls over chocolate layer.
  • 6. Add reserved chocolate mixture on top. Swirl with a knife or toothpick for marble effect.
  • 7. Refrigerate 2-3 hours until firm. Cut into squares.
