  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • 1. Add melon, coconut milk (or yogurt), honey, lime juice, lime zest, mint, and salt to a blender.
  • 2. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  • 3. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime as needed.
