Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast

Juicy, creamy, and incredibly easy to prepare, this chicken dish is perfect for busy weeknights or a relaxing Sunday dinner.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs if desired.

Notes

For a lower fat option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Use fresh herbs for added flavor and feel free to customize with different spices or cheese.
