Mini Grilled Cheese Hawaiian Rolls Recipe

Delicious mini grilled cheese sandwiches made with soft Hawaiian rolls, melty cheese, and a touch of butter. Perfect for parties, snacks, or lunchboxes.

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls, split in half
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or mayo spread

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. Arrange bottom halves of rolls in a baking dish.
  • 3. Layer with cheddar and Swiss cheese.
  • 4. Place top halves of rolls over cheese.
  • 5. Brush melted butter evenly over tops.
  • 6. Optional: spread mustard or mayo on top for extra flavor.
  • 7. Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes.
  • 8. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and melty.
  • 9. Serve warm.
