Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease ramekins with butter, dusting with cocoa powder.
  • 2. Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth.
  • 3. Whisk in powdered sugar until combined.
  • 4. Add eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
  • 5. Fold in flour and salt just until incorporated.
  • 6. Divide batter evenly among prepared ramekins.
  • 7. Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
  • 8. Let rest for 1 minute, invert onto plates, and serve immediately.
