Moose Farts are a classic no-bake Canadian treat made with sweetened condensed milk, coconut, graham crumbs, and a touch of vanilla. These chewy, bite-sized balls are simple to make, fun to eat, and perfect for holiday platters or quick desserts.

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Extra shredded coconut or cocoa powder for rolling

Instructions

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • 2. Stir until well mixed and sticky.
  • 3. If using, fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • 4. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • 5. Scoop out small portions and roll into 1-inch balls.
  • 6. Coat each ball in shredded coconut or cocoa powder.
  • 7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.

  • You can freeze Moose Farts for up to 2 months.
