Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Roll

These Easy Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls are buttery, cheesy, and packed with pepperoni goodness. Perfect for a quick snack, party appetizer, or an easy pizza-inspired lunch!

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  • 3. Sprinkle each triangle with mozzarella cheese and layer 2–3 slices of pepperoni on top.
  • 4. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip to form a croissant shape.
  • 5. Place rolls on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  • 6. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • 7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • 8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier twist, use spicy pepperoni or add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Try adding a few slices of jalapeño for an extra kick.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but you can reheat in the oven for a few minutes to crisp them back up.
